My MIL moved here from another facility and we are very pleased. The staff is attentive, friendly and engaged and my MIL is well cared for. The welcoming lobby is deceitful and the smiling staff deceiving. My husband only needed to get PT to get his strength back after a long hospital stay. DO NOT leave your loved ones at their mercy. This place has roaches and ants crawling on the residents. The residents are treating so unfairly.
It was a completely different experience. Hillside needs to get their priorities straight.
